How to Order?Browse vipbagstore.com collections and simply add to your shopping bag the products you want to buy. Click on checkout when you have finished shopping and just follow the instructions.
Order ConfirmationAn e-mail confirmation will be sent to you on receipt of your order. Once your payment has been accepted, you will receive a second e-mail to notify the shipment of the products.
Order Status and TrackingSign-in to your account to check your order status. If you have chosen for registered delivery, your tracking number will be e-mailed to you so that you can track your package.
Order CancellationNo cancellation is allowed once an order is confirmed and submitted.

vipbagstore.com will have no information relating to your credit card details.
vipbagstore.com banking details will be provided during checkout and in the order confirmation e-mail if you have opted for the bank transfer payment. After you have made the transfer, please contact us quoting your order and transaction numbers.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping ProcessUpon payment of your order, your order will be processed and shipped within 3 business days for Singapore and 7 business days for international order.
Shipping to a Different AddressYou can ask for your order to be shipped to another address than your billing address. Please mention it during checkout.
Shipping Charges - International OrdersWe ship every day worldwide. Some countries may levy customs duties or taxes on your package. We can not be responsible for these fees and these charges are not included in the amount paid to vipbagstore.com. We have no control over whether you will be charged any such fees or taxes, although our experience tells us that these fees are somewhat infrequent. We mention it here so that you are aware that such fees may become payable. If your order has already been shipped, it can not be cancelled. Packages which are refused by you due to taxes, duties or any other reason will be destroyed by your country's postal system and will not be returned to us. You will receive no refund for these refused packages.
All international orders are sent by registered airmail. Please be aware that all products delivered internationally (outside of Singapore) may incur additional customs and taxes charged by the country the items are entering into. These additional costs are not covered under the shipping fee you pay for when we fill your order. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for these additional charges in order to receive their shipment
Refund, Return and Exchange Policy

Return and Exchange PolicyOur items have been carefully made to give you every satisfaction. However if you noticed any manufacturer-default, we will proceed to the exchange of your purchase. vipbagstore.com only accepts returns on items that are unused and which are in their original packaging. For a higher replacement value, a top up is required for the difference. No refund will be made for a replacement of lower value. The costs and risks incurred by returns are payable by the purchaser. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
Procedure for Return and ExchangePlease contact us within 5 days after receiving your goods to request for an exchange quoting your order number, item and description to be returned and reasons for returning. We advise to send your package back to us through an insured, traceable method.
For Singapore orders, items have to be returned to us within 14 days from the date of invoice. For international orders, items have to be returned to us within 30 days from the date of invoice.
